IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. Instead of receiving TV via antenna, satellite or cable, the content is streamed over the internet to your device.
How does IPTV work?
Video is compressed with codecs such as H.264 or H.265 and delivered over the internet using protocols like HLS. The app on your device downloads small chunks of the stream and plays them back continuously. Adaptive bitrate automatically adjusts quality to your connection speed.
What do I need to watch IPTV in Norway?
You need a stable internet connection (we recommend at least 30 Mbit/s for HD and 4K), a compatible device such as a Smart TV, TV box, phone or computer, an IPTV app and an active subscription.
