14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, counted from the day the agreement was made.

If the service has started

If you ask us to start the service before the withdrawal period ends, you still have the right to withdraw. You then pay only for the part of the period you have used and get the rest back.

How to withdraw

Email us your order number and say that you want to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use the standard withdrawal form from the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Refunds

We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, to the same payment method you used.

Cancellation

The subscription does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends at the end of the period you paid for.
