Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy and use our service. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
1. About the service
The service is provided by the company listed at the bottom of the page. It gives you access to TV streaming over the internet for the period you have paid for.
2. Ordering and payment
All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is made in advance through our payment provider. The agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery
Login details are sent to the email address you provide, normally shortly after payment is confirmed.
4. Use of the service
The subscription is for personal use. You may install the service on up to three devices, but watch on one at a time unless you have bought extra connections. Login details must not be shared or resold.
5. No lock-in
The subscription does not renew automatically. You pay for one period at a time and decide whether to extend.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
7. Outages
We work for stable operation but cannot guarantee the service is always available. For longer outages caused by us, you may be compensated with an extended subscription.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes do not apply to periods you have already paid for.
9. Disputes
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Please send complaints to us first. Consumers can also get help from the Norwegian Consumer Authority and the Consumer Council.
